Usage Instructions
Initial Setup: Charge the watch using the included charging cradle. Download the HUAWEI Health app on your compatible Android or iOS phone. Follow the app instructions to pair the watch via Bluetooth.
Fitness Tracking: Open the Workout app on the watch to select from various sport modes including cycling, running, swimming, and more. Enable GPS for outdoor activities to track your route, distance, and pace. For cycling, use Virtual Cycling Power to monitor real time power output.
Health Monitoring: Wear the watch throughout the day for continuous heart rate, stress, and blood oxygen monitoring. Use the emotional wellbeing feature to track your mood across 12 states. Review your sleep data each morning in the HUAWEI Health app.

Safety Warnings
Water Resistance: The watch has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for swimming in pools and shallow water activities. Do not wear it for diving, high speed water sports, hot showers, or saunas. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
Physical Handling: Avoid dropping the watch from heights. The fluoroelastomer strap is durable and water resistant but should be kept away from sharp objects.
